Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.
Pack Your Gear
Place the items in their original packaging with all AFL official tags attached to ensure they remain in resalable condition.
Affix Shipping Label
Print the prepaid shipping label provided via the portal and securely attach it to the outside of your return parcel.
Drop Off and Track
Hand your package to any authorized carrier location and keep your tracking receipt until your refund or exchange is processed.
